Q. 본인은 현금영수증 관련해서 국세청에 핸드폰 번호를 등록하지 않고, 구매시 판매자에게 핸드폰 번호를 알려주었습니다. 2024년 1월에 핸드폰 번호로 등록을 했는데, 이러한 경우 2023년도 현금영수증 내역은 이번 연말정산(2023년도분)에 공제가 가능한지 궁금합니다.

A. 현금영수증의 발급기준으로 공제가 가능한 것으로 2024년에 홈택스에 휴대폰번호 등록을 하였더라도 2023년 발급분에 대하여는 2023년 귀속 연말정산 시 공제적용을 하여야 할 것으로 판단됩니다.
